Greensboro Childrens Museum II

Owen and Noah came down to visit Abby this past weekend. We took the kids to the children's museum since it was 96 degrees outside on Saturday! The kids had a great time and took great naps when we got home. Abby and Noah had the most fun dressing up in costumes. Abby cried when we left the dresses behind :) Abby made a really funny face while I was taking her picture, but then she did a great job of taking a "bow" afterwards. Very dramatic!

Greensboro Children's Museum

Paul had some studying to do for school so Abby and I headed to the Children's Museum today. It wasn't very busy so Abby got to play with everything!! :) She had a great time, and Mommy got to sit which was awesome!!

House Pics-Outside

As many of you have heard, we are trying to get the house on the market over the next week or so. Paul has been doing a ton of work since I am not able to help much at present. The outside was our big Labor Day Weekend project. I just wanted to share.

Greensboro Science Center

It was raining a bit yesterday afternoon, but that didn't stop us from meeting the Chavarria's out in Greensboro. All the kids had a good time and we got to enjoy the cooler temps for a bit. Thanks to Kennady. Landon, and Dawson for sharing the Spiderman umbrella since I forgot to bring Abby's with us.

Bike

We took a break from yardwork yesterday for Abby to ride her bike in the court beside our house. She had a great time!

Yard Work

We are sprucing up the flowerbeds outside before we put the house on the market. Mebane Shrubbery dumped a big truckful of mulch in our driveway on Friday. Abby and Daddy went to work spreading it around the flowerbeds. Such a big helper!! I think we wore her out, she was sooooo ready for a nap! :)

Tricycle

Well, it is official, Abby has learned to ride her bike. Paul and I have been trying to teach her for a while now to use the pedals. Turns out all it took was her friends at daycare to teach her. I brought it inside today to let her ride. It is too hot outside for this pregnant lady!!

We have 8 weeks and counting until the newest member of the Chase household arrives. He has dropped over the weekend and is making Mommy pretty uncomfortable at present. :) Abby arrived at 38 weeks - I am hoping her brother follows suit!

Paul started classes today - Abby and I are waiting to hear how that went. It is going to be a busy fall!!! Anyone coming this way that wants to visit? We could sure use an extra pair of hands :)
