Tricycle

Well, it is official, Abby has learned to ride her bike. Paul and I have been trying to teach her for a while now to use the pedals. Turns out all it took was her friends at daycare to teach her. I brought it inside today to let her ride. It is too hot outside for this pregnant lady!!

We have 8 weeks and counting until the newest member of the Chase household arrives. He has dropped over the weekend and is making Mommy pretty uncomfortable at present. :) Abby arrived at 38 weeks - I am hoping her brother follows suit!

Paul started classes today - Abby and I are waiting to hear how that went. It is going to be a busy fall!!! Anyone coming this way that wants to visit? We could sure use an extra pair of hands :)

Tyler's Room

Hi again! Just wanted to post a few photos of Tyler's room. The paint on the walls is all the same color, although in the pics it doesn't look like it. Abby got in some practice big sister time today as well, playing with her baby.

OK, so I have no idea where this summer has gone! It has gone by so fast. We are getting ready for Tyler's arrival. Paul pulled all the infant stuff out of the attic this weekend. We are putting carseats in the cars. Abby had to try out her old infant carseat once Mommy put the freshly washed liner back in it. We have also been working on the potty this weekend as well. We have had a few accidents, but not too bad. Abby just asked to go to the potty all on her own - sounds like progress to me! :)

Paul spent the weekend replacing the porch rail. Our old rail was wooden and had rotted in spots. Paul put up a new vinyl one this weekend. I think it looks great! A few more weeks and we'll have a "For Sale" sign in the yard!!!

Hello all! We are prepping to put the house on the market by mid September at the latest. Lots to do, just hoping baby Tyler doesn't make his appearance too early! I just wanted to post some random pics of Abby around the house. She is always cold (or as Abby says "told") lately, don't ask me how since it is a million degrees outside. She wore her favorite shaw the other day during dinner and Daddy had to take some pics! Hope everyone else is staying cool!

3D ultrasound pictures

We had our 3D ultrasound today. Abigail went with us to see her baby brother. She did a good job of showing Mommy and Daddy that Baby Tyler has a nose, 2 eyes, and a mouth. :) The first pic is of Abigail's ultrasound for comparison. He really doesn't look all that much like her. We will see.
