Princess Bike

I had to post a video of Abby on her new bike. She had to ride in the house because of all the snow outside. Please excuse the Christmas mess of the house :)

Christmas 2010

I hope everyone had a great Christmas weekend! Santa was very good to us this year! Abigail was so excited because she got her "princess bike" that she has been begging Santa for! Santa also delivered alot of snow to us - so Abby had to resort to riding her bike around the island in the kitchen today! But she had a great time!!! Tyler is really starting to laugh and smile more and he focuses on objects much better. He loves looking at his sister! Since we couldn't make it home to Ohio this year, we were lucky to have some great friends that included us in their holiday! We had a great dinner and the kids played with all the new toys at the Chavarria household! We even made it home before the majority of the snow settled in!

First Buckeye!

Abby helped me dip the buckeyes for Christmas this year. She didn't eat any last year, so this year was her first time trying them. She keeps asking for more, so I think it is safe to say she liked them! Who wouldn't? Peanut Butter - yum! Chocolate - yum!

Dress like an Elf

Abby had a costume day at school again on Monday. I bought her a singing elf hat - but she would have no part of it! So this one was our compromise. Maybe next year the singing hat will be the one :). Once again, she was the only one in her class that dressed up - guess it is a good thing I just found some cute
Christmas clothes and didn't actually go buy a costume :)

"Merry Missmas"

I had to post this video of Abigail..she loves to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Of course it comes out a bit different! Enjoy!

2 Months Old!

Tyler was 2 months old on 12/11. He went for his MD appt today with Dr. Scott. He weighed in at 13 lbs 8 oz and 23 1/2 inches long! He got his first shots, and is not feeling all that great tonight. Monday at daycare he rolled over all by himself! At first his teacher didn't believe it so she put him on his belly again and watched him roll himself over! He has slept from 8p-4a the last 2 nights!! So we are making progress! He laughs and smiles - especially when Abigail is around! He has his own smile just for her - he grins ear to ear! He is already in 3-6 month clothes and growing !

First Snow of the Season

Abby had a great time playing in the first snow of the season. She kept walking around with her tongue out, but I kept missing the picture. She made lots of snow angels and Tyler hung out in his warm teddy bear suit.

Abigail haircut

We went to get Abigail's haircut today at Peek-a-Doo. It is a salon that only does kids. She sat in an airplane seat and watched Dora while they cut her hair. Had to post a before and after. She looks like such a little kid (as opposed to Toddler) these days!

Santa Visit

We went to visit Santa this morning. Abigail asked him for a "Big Girl Princess Bike like Kennady" and Tyler just wanted hold of the poor guy's beard.

Opening presents

Toy Story 3 on Ice

Abby's birthday celebration continued in Greensboro at the Coliseum. We went to see Toy Story 3 on Ice. Abby dressed in her Jessie costume and was a total hit! There were a few Buzz Lightyears, but no other Jessies that we saw. She loved the show! She danced and clapped and laughed. I spoiled her rotten and bought her all the souvenir stuff too :)

Happy 3rd Birthday Abigail

My little girl turned the big 3 today! I can't believe it! She arrived to her birthday pancake breakfast in true princess style! She got a ton of princesses for her birthday. And a beautiful jewelry box from Grandma Owens. Aunt Rhonda, Lance, and the boys got her the Cinderella dress and a Belle dress that she wore at Halloween. Of course they also got her a couple really cute outfits that she is going to love modeling over the next couple of days! Her gifts from the Chase side of the family she opened while we were home at Thanksgiving. A Princess outfit that says "Princess of quite a lot" and some really cute Hello Kitty outfits in a Hello Kitty lunchbox. She calls it her purse. I have to clean it out at the end of everyday because she collects everything in it!

Birthday Party at school

Here are some pics of Abby's birthday party. She had a princess cake complete with Ariel cake plates/napkins/and cups. Naptime was coming to end when Mommy and Tyler arrived with the cake. Abby was sleeping away on her nap pad. She was the last one to wake up. Imagine her surprise when Mommy woke her up and not Ms Joy or Ms Angela. Her classmates all sang "Happy Birthday" to her and she really loved eating the icing off the cake. She still looks like she has big pink clown lips after her bath because the food coloring in the icing is super strength!

Abby birthday eve

Abigail officially turns 3 tomorrow, but her birthday celebration at school is today. She loved picking out her dress to wear today. I even got her to pose for some cute pics modeling her dress (even if I had to bribe her with chocolate). Later today Tyler and I are delivering a princess cake and ice cream to her class - more pics to come :)
