Abby's birthday party in Ohio

Our families had a birthday party for Abigail while we were in Ohio for Thanksgiving. She had a great time being the center of attention! We put her big cookie down on the table and Tyler walked right up and stuck his finger in the icing! He thought it was really funny!

She had a great time opening her presents and was so excited when everyone sang Happy Birthday to her!

Thanksgiving in Ohio

The kids and I headed to Ohio for Thanksgiving with family. Paul stayed behind in NC to complete some things for school. The weather was beautiful and the kids had a great time. Abigail and her cousins played dress-up. Noah loves his dinosaur costume! Baby Tyler tried his best to keep up with the big kids.
And he was exhausted each night! It was a fast trip, but a great time.

Tyler 13 months

Tyler is 13 months old and walking all over the place! He has learned some new words. He now says "Abby", "airplane", "yeah", and "bye-bye". He had his first Krispy Kreme donut last weekend and LOVED it! We pulled out his winter hat this morning to try on and realized it was WAY too small. Poor kid - has his Mommy's Charlie Brown head. He is sitting in a "big kid" booster seat he is borrowing from his sister until Santa brings him a blue one :)

Backyard

Just wanted to post some pics of all the beautiful trees in the backyard. They are nice to look at, but I must admit that I am not looking forward to raking the leaves in the coming weeks.

Princess Tea Party

One of the moms in my mom's group held a Princess Tea Party Playdate a few weeks ago. Another mom who is a photographer took some great pictures of the girls in their princess gear! Abby had a great time! She dressed as Cinderella and loved having tea (punch) and cookies with other princesses!

Halloween

Hope everyone had a great Halloween! We carved pumpkins over the weekend. Abby decided that she did not like the goo inside the pumpkins and once she saw it, she was pretty much done!
At least until it was time to tell Mommy how to carve the ghosts! The kids dressed up for daycare on Monday and then for Trick-or-Treat that night. Abby was Snow White for school, but then wanted to be Belle for trick-or-treat. Thank goodness for all those play princess dresses in her closet. Tyler was Darth Vader, but refused to wear the hat. He tagged along for trick-or-treat in the stroller.

PS- Many thanks to my sister who put all those orange lights on my new tree!! :) It was gorgeous!
