Halloween 2010
Abby, Tyler and I headed to the Community Center in the am for Family Fun Day while Paul got some studying done. Later that day Paul came home and took Princess Abby Trick-or-Treating while Tyler and I handed out candy. After Abby was done, she came home and helped me hand out the last of it all.

Trunk or Treat at Daycare
Tyler and I headed over to Abby's school today for Trunk or Treat. I missed this event last year because of work. I dressed up like a witch and had Tyler all decked out in a bat costume and made him a little cave full of spiders to hang out in. Abby was so surprised to see us! She was also shocked to see Mommy in a dress :). She even had to take a break from the festivities to give her brother a big kiss, too bad I didn't get that picture.

Boo Bash
We all went to the Greensboro Natural Science Museum for their annual Halloween celebration. We ran into Sydney and her family while we were there. Sydney is one of Abby's best friends from daycare. Abby got to pick her costume out of her princess dresses. She chose Belle for the event. She was a bit shy at first about playing the games, but once she figured out she would get candy if she played them she was much more willing. :) Tyler even got to tag along, even though he slept through most of the event.

Settling in...

Tyler Scott Chase
It has taken me a few days, but I am finally posting Tyler's arrival. Tyler was born 10-11-10 at 1050 am weighing in at 8 lbs 5 oz. I ended up being induced since apparently he was in no hurry to come on his own. We are all home and getting settled in. My mom left this morning after staying with us for the last 2 weeks. She is going to be greatly missed - especially over the next few days until we all get settled into a new routine.
Tyler is a very laid back baby, hardly even cries. A much different temperment at this point than his sister had. We will see how long it lasts! He is a very good eater! We went for our check-up at the pediatrician on Friday and he is already back up to 8 lbs 3 oz and on his way out of newborn clothes!

J. Razz & Tazz farm Gibsonville
My mom is in town hoping for an appearance by Baby Tyler... while we are waiting we decided to get out and enjoy the fall weather. We took Abby to enjoy the farm in Gibsonville. This is the same place I took Abby last year. She loved the cow train again (and again - she rode it 3 times). This year she was brave enough to jump into the corn kernels and play. She rode a "choo-choo" train with Grandma too, walked the corn maze, and conquered haystack mountain!
No arrival from Tyler yet....I am keeping my fingers crossed that he comes soon!
